Summer Camp registrations IS NOW OPEN and will remain open until camp is full. Early registration is encouraged to ensure your child has a spot in camp. There will be no in-person registration this summer. To register for summer camp please follow the steps below to ensure your child gets registered into our program:
Download + Fill out a 2025 Summer Camp Registration Packet. Each child needs their own registration forms. Include your child’s most up to date immunization records (this is required or your child’s registration will not be accepted).
1. Send all completed registration forms and documents by email only. Please scan/send files in PDF format. Pictures of forms will not be accepted. The email must be a new email. Please put in the subject line your child’s first and last name and CHK Summer Forms. We will be receiving an abundance of registrations and this will make it easier to find and track all registrations.
2. Registrations by mail will not be accepted.
3. No registration will be accepted without all completed forms, updated immunization records and payment (registration fee, deposit per child/per day and t-shirt fee). If your child is currently enrolled in our school year program, you do not need to pay the reg fee again.
WHEN REGISTERING please pay by Venmo or Credit card to secure your child’s spot. Checks and cash cannot be processed with online registrations. For weekly payments cash and checks will be accepted. Deposit, Registration fee and t-shirt cost must be paid in full for your child’s days to be secured.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR CHILD IS ALREADY ENROLLED IN OUR BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT ANOTHER EMERGENCY FORM AS WE ALREADY HAVE IT ON FILE ! PLEASE UPDATE NUMBERS AS NEEDED.
Once we have received your registration by email, you will receive a confirmation. If days are full you will be notified and have the option to be put on a wait list.
